Jenna Ghisolfo, Founder & President
Jenna Ghisolfo is a nationally recognized speaker, emcee, affordable housing expert, entrepreneur, and advocate whose mission is rooted in resilience, service, and lived experience. With more than 20 years in the affordable housing industry, she has become a leading voice for housing stability, domestic violence survivors, and efforts to end homelessness across America.
Jenna currently serves as United States of America’s Mrs. Arizona 2026, earning a Top 5 national placement and the People’s Choice Award. She uses her platform to raise awareness about the life-changing impact of safe, stable housing and to advocate for individuals and families facing homelessness and domestic violence.
As Founder and President of Housing Consultants of America (HCA), Jenna leads a national organization that helps vulnerable individuals and families access affordable housing through programs such as LIHTC, Section 8, and Public Housing. In 2025 alone, HCA helped more than 2,300 families secure safe, stable housing and supported efforts that raised over $280,000 for domestic violence emergency shelter services.
Jenna's leadership has earned numerous recognitions, including the 2025 Phoenix Business Journal Small Business Award for HCA, selection as a 2025 ATHENA Award Nominee, and recognition as a 2026 Phoenix Business Journal 40 Under 40 Honoree.
A sought-after keynote speaker and emcee, Jenna inspires audiences through authentic storytelling, humor, and her personal journey from domestic violence survivor and former Section 8 recipient to award-winning entrepreneur, national advocate, and community leader.

As an influential, resilient leader, Janessa enjoys the complexity of affordable housing operations and compliance, energized by its challenges, focusing on education, training, client satisfaction and risk management. She has visionary strategies, creating transparency, setting priorities and establishing inclusive teamwork to achieve outstanding experiences and results. Driven by due diligence and creativity, Janessa is a proven positive staple in affordable housing.
