Jenna Ghisolfo, Founder & President
Jenna Ghisolfo is a nationally recognized speaker, emcee, and an affordable housing expert whose mission is deeply rooted in resilience, service, and lived experience. With over 20 years in the affordable housing industry, she has emerged as a leading voice in advocating for housing stability, particularly for domestic violence survivors and initiatives aimed at ending homelessness across America.
Currently, Jenna serves as Mrs. Arizona 2026, representing the United States and achieving a Top 5 national placement along with the People’s Choice Award. She leverages her platform to highlight the transformative impact of safe, stable housing and to champion domestic violence advocacy for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
As the Founder and President of Housing Consultants of America (HCA), Jenna leads a national organization that aids vulnerable individuals and families in accessing affordable housing through critical programs such as LIHTC, Section 8, and Public Housing. In 2025 alone, HCA assisted over 2,300 families in securing safe and stable housing and contributed to initiatives that raised more than $280,000 for emergency shelter services for domestic violence survivors.
Jenna’s leadership and commitment to affordable housing have earned her numerous accolades, including the 2025 Phoenix Business Journal Small Business Award for HCA, a nomination for the 2025 ATHENA Award, and recognition as a 2026 Phoenix Business Journal 40 Under 40 Honoree.
As a sought-after keynote speaker and emcee, Jenna captivates audiences by sharing her authentic story, blending humor with insights from her journey as a domestic violence survivor and former Section 8 recipient to becoming an award-winning entrepreneur and a national advocate for housing stability.
